Politics (promo is heavily dependent on your manager and reorgs hurt you), RTO, no free lunch. The office doesn’t have the best perks compared to other tech offices.
Leave RTO up to teams. Not all teams need to be in 3 days a week. Make it so that reorgs don't hurt your promo.
