If you love your team and manager, Amazon is probably one of the best places to work.
There are lots of cool projects to work on and it's easy to move around in the company if you're bored.
Teams are self-managed, i.e., no strict guidelines between teams/orgs, which leaves lots of flexibility for creating cool things.
Work-life balance for Vancouver is really good, but that could be because I have a great manager :)
Pay in Canada is getting better, but still not up to par.
