Great experience that you can accumulate from this place. Better pay than those small to mid-tier companies.
The working environment is toxic, especially from your manager.
If you have a good manager, you should feel blessed.
If they want to fire you, they will easily find one of those leadership principles that you somehow "failed" even though you didn't do anything.
