You can learn a lot. Good experienced SDE-2 and SDE-3. Great offices and food. Leadership principles can help you a lot in the future.
Work-life balance can be a bit challenging.
People seem to be a bit show-off.
Compensation could be better.
Higher management doesn't interact well with people below. (But considering the large size of the company, one can't really blame them).
Better interface for which interns can address issues.
