Everyone I met at AWS seemed genuinely positive, happy, and excited to tackle the challenges in their jobs, which created a fantastic work environment. The relationships between teams and their managers were mutually respectful.
It was a high-pressure environment with a fairly high amount of ambiguity.

Software Development Intern
Single hour interview, fully technical. LeetCode medium question, very similar to LRU Cache. Follow-up questions on run time and space time complexity are asked. Behavioral questions are also possible, though not guaranteed to be asked.

1 hour long: - 45 min technical - 15 min behavioral The interviewer was definitely fresh off the boat, very rude, and hard to understand with a thick accent. I had to keep asking him to repeat himself when he was mumbling.
