Good work, good people, but too frugal
Work is good. People are good to work with. Compensation is good.
Too frugal, which gets irritating sometimes. Work-life balance is not much.
There is a thin line between frugality and cheapness. Try not to cross it. Employee satisfaction is important, and there is a reason other companies are trying to make their employees' lives easier/happier.
