Excellent drive amongst the people working there. Very efficient work environment. Lots to learn from smart and dedicated individuals around.
Too much multitasking is not good. They expect every individual to be a multitasker.
Bring in more women. There seem to be no women engineers on the Echo team. For a new and thriving product like Echo, diversity of perspectives is important for expansion.

The interviewer asked one question about Amazon Chime. My question was to create a tree from a list of tuple edges. It was fairly straightforward. I was waitlisted, then received no offer. However, the interview process was very nice.
