I joined Amazon six months back and have had a great learning and satisfying journey so far. I am working on complex projects to help customers resolve their issues in a faster manner. Right from day one, I received full support from the team and different stakeholders. It's still Day 1.
Managing multiple stakeholders is not easy. You need to work with people who are in different time zones, which impacts work-life balance.
Amazon gives full flexibility in terms of working hours, but there should be a golden hours rule so people can have good work-life balance.
