I had tremendous learning at Amazon. The pace of work is intense, but there is a lot of opportunity to pick up new skills in not just technology but also management techniques and principles that are so unique to Amazon. In addition to hard skills, I am sure that my time here will make me a better manager and a leader. The organization provides you with a great opportunity to completely own and execute on a complex area.
One has to be self-driven, as there is little hand-holding.
