Pros

Working with great people on hard problems is great.

Some of the employee perks, like the company shuttle, are great.

Cons

Performance management culture is needlessly brutal. Managing out people to meet quotas became a thing.

As a culture, there's no credit for managing up people and ensuring they're performing. Somebody needs to be thrown under the bus every year.
