Pros

The company hires really smart people and creates a great product that really focuses on the end user.

Cons

Micromanagement is pervasive throughout the company. This appears to come from the top down, with a tendency to dive deep. There appears to be very little trust that the smart people they hire can make the right decisions.

Advice to Management

Learn to trust the people you hire.
