- Very smart people across the board.
- Endless opportunities to work on challenging problems.
- Ability to work on many different types of products without changing companies (e.g., operations support, front-end, digital, web services, developer tools, etc.).
- Good stock performance over the past few years.
Location - South Lake Union (in Seattle) is hip and clean, but also expensive (e.g. lunches, parking, etc.)
Hours - employees more often than not have to work above and beyond to meet senior management expectations, which leads to bad work
Politics
