Good pay and a fun work environment. There are a lot of fun activities planned for interns, and you get a project that you have complete ownership over.
Nothing as an intern.
As a full-time employee, you go on an on-call cycle with your team members, which seems to make for a poor work-life balance.
Work to improve the work-life balance for employees. While you pay very well, people need time to relax once they finally get home.
