Pay is above industry average. Talented colleagues, along with not-so-good ones. WLB is actually not bad for my teams. Good office and amenities.
PIP/Focus culture is toxic. New leadership is horrible and doesn't endorse democracy. Sunset company; no industry-changing innovation since 2019. Glass ceiling.

It was easy and to the point. The interviewer was sweet and allowed me enough time to think about how to approach solving the problems. The coding question asked was for an inventory and managing it. It was an easy solve with the right data structure
