I received homework to test my abilities, but they never replied to me. I think they should reply to everyone. I know they send their tests to many candidates, but they don't let you know if you passed the test or not.

Tell me about a time when you were faced with a problem that had a number of possible solutions. What was the problem and how did you decide what to do? What was the outcome? When did you take a risk, make a mistake, or fail? How did you respond?

The online assessment included one easy/medium question and a second medium/hard question. I ran out of time for the second one and did not move on. You also have to write about leadership principles, so make sure you review those before coming in.
