I really care about career growth and good benefits. It's very structured, and your career path is laid out from the beginning. It's easy to change organizations and teams.
A lot of internal tools and frameworks are being used, so your skills are not very transferable. It takes a while to move up because they expect you to be there for years before a promotion.

Firstly, there were 2 rounds of classic LeetCode questions, [and] one round of Amazon Leadership Principles. [They] asked you to tell a story about scenarios where you showed one of the LPs.
