I was sent a tech screen, which consisted of two coding challenges and a work survey. I got past that round but was told I lacked experience to continue the process.

OA contained 2 coding questions and was followed by a multiple choice question on behavioral where they emphasized a lot on their leadership rules, which you can find on their website.

I talked with a recruiter. He talked with me about the job, expectations, what I could do, where I could go, benefits package, etc. He asked some basic dev questions, then set up an online coding test.
