Great pay, terrible work
Pay is great, and there are opportunities for career growth if you're willing to put your work above your personal life. Your colleagues are some of the best in the industry.
On-call work means waking up multiple times a week to fix issues during the night, working on messy legacy code. Everything is always on fire, a lot of stress, and poor work-life balance. Their employer turnover rate is horrible for a reason.
