Great Pay, Culture, Bad Balance
The pay was exceptional, and I also loved the coworkers I worked with. It was a very good culture with good benefits and PTO.
I did not have a very good work-life balance while I was at Amazon, and I imagine that there are many better places to work than that.

Software Engineer
Robotics team interview. I reached out through LinkedIn. First, there was the take-home interview. Then, it was three rounds of technical interviews (standard Amazon interview). These technical interviews featured medium-level LeetCode questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. 3 Interview rounds that were an hour each. Completely bombed one of the interviews and had the interviewer belitlle me pretending like I was dumb. Other wasn't bad, but don't schedule a 9am lol.
