After being contacted by a recruiter, I was asked to fill out an online application with my resume and experiences. Afterwards, I was sent a technical screening, which I had two weeks to complete, in addition to a behavioral screening.

I applied online. Good, very good, but I didn't get any return call or whereabouts of my application; they just ghosted me. But the interview process is good. I hope I get to hear from them soon.

I was filling out a basic application online, which was standardized across multiple companies. I did not even make it past the first round, as they only looked at my resume. It was pretty disappointing, but what can you do? Oh well.
