- Extreme micromanagement.
- No teamwork, as everybody wants to step on you.
- Toxic work culture in tech, same as in their data warehouse. No work-life balance at all.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. A phone screen was followed by a remote interview. The phone interview was with a recruiter in HR, and then the technical remote interview was 2 software engineering questions with the dev lead of the team
