The team was new and wasn't aware of the project's needs. The project wasn't organized well. There was micromanagement, but it depends on the team. There's no work-life balance and tough deadlines for interns.

OA -> Final rounds. Strong emphasis on leadership principles. Each of the four rounds was 1 hour long, with almost half of it dedicated to behavioral questions. The technical portion featured standard medium LeetCode questions.
