First get OA, finish in three days and HR asked when I can do it. Then phone screen, behavioral questions, and LeetCode. After two days, VO includes LeetCode, OOD, and system design. Just finished the phone screen, still preparing the VO.

The interview focuses on data structures, algorithms, and leadership principles. Technical rounds test coding skills and problem solving. Behavioral questions are best if answered using STAR method answers. The process is structured, fair, and quit
