It's really hard to give an overall rating to the company. In 5 years, I've been in teams where I would rate 0 stars and in teams I would rate 5 stars. So, I'll refer to my latest experience.

Great work/life balance. Great challenges that keep you interested. Exposure.

Generally, though not always, middle management is one of the worst in the industry, offering very little use and very little care.

The promotion process is unnecessarily hard. It's easier to leave the company and come back at a higher level.

Compensation doesn't really get better over the years unless you get promoted.

There is no performance bonus.

Four years of stock vesting sucks like hell compared to other big techs.

To middle management: nothing. You really shouldn't exist.
