There are people interested in all sorts of tech. You can just ping them and ask about whatever topic you need help with or want to learn about, and you're most likely going to receive a really good response from them.
You get to work on problems and deal with such massive amounts of data that would be hard to find in other companies.
Good flexibility. You can choose whether you prefer doing more work in the morning or in the afternoon (except for the possible meetings you might have).

The social aspect is not that great. It depends mostly on the team and how they manage.
They don't provide food or food vouchers. Again, it depends on the team. Mine does not, and it could be used as a way of socializing a bit more with the team.
