Compensation could be better. Executives weren't very transparent about the layoff situation. As employees, we learned some people were going to get laid off through the news, and we all stressed out.
Top management can be more transparent about how the company is doing and what they are planning regarding layoffs.

It was easy and to the point. The interviewer was sweet and allowed me enough time to think about how to approach solving the problems. The coding question asked was for an inventory and managing it. It was an easy solve with the right data structure
