Some organizations are better than others
A place to learn a lot of end-to-end software engineering, including the boring parts such as testing and deployment. Talented and hard-working coworkers.
Culture, coworkers, and management heavily skew towards a certain ethnicity. It's hard to find diverse, well-functioning teams.
A double-edged sword is that one is required to be very proactive in finding and delivering value with little help from teammates. A high-stress, sink-or-swim environment.

Software Engineer
It was easy and to the point. The interviewer was sweet and allowed me enough time to think about how to approach solving the problems. The coding question asked was for an inventory and managing it. It was an easy solve with the right data structure
