Standard interview process. I did the phone screen. You talk about yourself and your experiences. Then, they try to get you to answer based on leadership principles, followed by a LeetCode medium-hard question. Overall, pretty okay.

After the OA, they didn’t email me back. I messaged them about the interview process, but they didn’t answer. Be prepared for long OAs. Especially the Amazon culture fit one was way too long, in my opinion.
