Good people are leaving due to bad planning and work culture. Bad people are getting PIPed. Average people stay. That's really sad and true. Attrition is unreal.

I was provided a link and was told to attend it within a week of receiving it. No camera was turned on; it was a HackerRank-style coding platform.

5 rounds. Data structures and algorithms. System design. Tough problems from DSA. Start with easy problems, then medium, and then hard. Puzzles are asked too by some interviewers. My interview was decent.
