I applied online. The process took 3 months. Applied online, and got an online exam. The exam had 4 parts, 3 of them coding and the last one very long, with questions about work and simulations. Took them two months to give an answer.

There were too many interview cycles, but in general, the process was not that difficult. You really need to get familiar with the company values, as they pay a lot of attention to them. The interviewers were helpful.
