Great Company, Bureaucratic Hurdles
World-wide known company, respect for the employees. It was a great experience, at least for me. I started as an intern and now I am an SDE.
I think the biggest problem at Amazon is bureaucracy. For any small thing, you have to ask the highest level.
Take care when you negotiate your salary. Ask for as much as you want. Amazon is well known for its frugality.
