It's easy to change teams.
The initial team was not honest in terms of workload and the fact that they were overloaded and doing more DevOps than development. After a few months, I changed teams, and the dev situation improved significantly. Though I did not like the fact that the company overall moved part of my equity to a later date, and that some upper management cared more about saving themselves by pushing bad decisions to other teams.
