Horrible culture, no work-life balance, conflicting priorities, dehumanizing environment. Management and HR are consistently hypocritical, and you cannot trust them. It is very, very difficult to get promoted without working significant hours outside of your already full sprint work. Compensation is good overall in the market, but not when compared to top tech companies, where it falls near the bottom of the range.
