Poor managers will use power and intimidation to enforce compliance from you if there's anything about you or your performance they don't like.
Abolish stacked ranking at Amazon. Hold managers to stronger ethical and moral standards. It's not right if a manager can grind out their team just so they can parade their short-sighted wins for their own benefit.
I've had four amazing years at Amazon, but that was all overshadowed with one bad experience with a poor manager.
