Very clear path to promotion. If you want it hard enough, you can achieve it here. But it definitely comes at a cost.
PIP culture, management roulette, god-like complex from people one level above you. Horrible TPM culture, bad team culture. If you're not in first, you're in last, and everyone coordinates to cut you out.
