Decent salary, and the projects are complex, so you get to learn a lot.
Management is a joke here these days. Spineless, and everything dictated from above is made to seem as written by God.
You get tracked for RTO always, and there is constant deadline pressure placed on each and every task.
This company has become a complete joke.
Practice having a backbone and pushing back on the insane pressure from up top a bit, or you'll be left with no one around to build anything.
