As toxic as people call Amazon, my experience has been quite the opposite. It's a good company to work for.
Lots of approvals are needed to solve tasks. Some managers are toxic.
It was a typical Amazon interview process: A code screen, a tech interview, and then an apathetic interviewer. The technical questions asked were roughly medium difficulty, and I was rejected for no clear reason.
The interview was a full loop of 4 rounds, with each round featuring one LP and one medium/hard level LeetCode question. One round was HLD with the hiring manager. The interviewers were polite and helpful.
First phase: Phone interview. Leetcode 2 medium challenges, no tabbing allowed.
