Pay is good. Work-life balance is usually okay. The PTO policy, at least in CA, is also pretty good. I've been here 3 years, and I can take up to 6 weeks.
Bad leadership. Leadership often makes poor choices with the direction of products and doesn't push back on customers. It puts all of the burden on the actual engineers.
