Flexible But Political, Mundane Work
- Flexibility of working hours.
- Huge company: many different fields, projects, and work areas.
- Very 'political' work environment; pretty much the 'survival of the fittest'.
- Constant gaslighting from the management as if everything is perfect; although pretty much everything works with band-aid solutions.
- Inefficient at best; plain mundane at worst work most of the time.
- Poor rewarding.
Stop expecting all the fixes from your reports, and instead try to solve the problems. Don't say, "Bring the solution to us, so we help you implement." If we knew the solution, we'd implement it without you anyway.
