If you pick the right team, the tech stacks are pretty good, and you can learn a lot by wearing a lot of hats.
Slow promotion cycles compared to Facebook and other newer companies. Entered the company with 2.5 years of industry experience. Was promised that if I worked hard, I could get promoted within half a year.
That was a lie, and you can't get promoted in less than a year.
People can sometimes be a little dry and cold.
You might pick up a lot of boring operational tasks that are just boring.
