It's not you, it's your manager
- You learn a lot in a short amount of time.
- They love devs that know a little of everything: full-stack, infra, etc.
- Great pay and benefits compared to most companies (not as good as other FAANG or big tech, though).
Your manager will make or break you. It doesn't matter if you're an amazing engineer; if your manager doesn't like you, you're gonna go. Run as fast as you can away from that manager as soon as you feel that red flag.
They will work you 120%.
