Some of the internal tooling is miserable to work with. Was assigned to a different team than I applied for. You're working for a massive corporation, and you'll feel it in everything you do. Tons of trainings. Your first month and some change will literally be just trainings. Tons of pushing around career advancement, even before your first month is up.
