Got PIP'ed today. I am just 8 months old to the company. I am so disappointed and questioning myself if I am really bad.
I know I am not and have done a nice job. The reasons in the PIP documents given are so lame. Even a person who is not doing anything couldn't be fired based on those examples.
Edit: I was never given any dev plan, which people talk about on Blind. When I asked my manager where the dev plan was before the PIP, I was told by HR there is no dev plan. "This is your dev plan."
I am not feeling like working anymore, anywhere.
