Tech Stack
The only issue with Amazon/Flipkart is if you don't perform well for some time or miss some deadline, they will "shunk" you out for any reason, especially for Senior Level SDE-2.
Firing: Recently, many SDEs were put on performance improvement programs. If they didn't achieve their targets, they were fired.
No work-life balance if you work for ".com" or "AWS".
Even with this high salary, if you want to switch to another company, you will not get much of a hike, unless you want to go to other countries or work for Microsoft/other product-based companies on their internal tools, which have their own cons.
Not many benefits in the office, like no free food. Even many startups in Pune are offering free food.
Micro-management should be removed. Deadlines should be realistic.
