All policies are good. Pay is standard across levels and will be top of market always. There are no politics.
Work culture is toxic. You are expected to deliver very high-quality work in a very short amount of time. You are on your own for almost everything, which feels exhausting most of the time. You can always choose less pay for better mental health.
Company policies changed from remote to hybrid to in-office without taking a vote of the employees.
