• Regularly meet your manager for 1-on-1s.
• It's important to them that you progress on the career path you want. They often ask what you're wanting and work to achieve that.
• Lots of classes to expand your knowledge.
• Organization discussions to see what other teams are doing. This allows you to see new ideas and also other teams you may want to join.

Amazon is a large company, and it can often feel like you're a small cog in a giant machine, which can kind of crush your spirits sometimes (for me).

Some of the work can be pretty boring, but management has been very attentive, in my experience, to try and help you work on something that's interesting to you.
