Pushed to work hard and think outside the box. In my opinion, it is worth it.
You get high visibility for your work, and your leaders will make sure you are rewarded well for it.
This can happen when you are with a good mix of people. I cannot speak for other orgs or teams that might have a slightly different culture.
URA is high. It can force the best of people to take unkind decisions. The hiring bar was low in the last few years. I think the company is looking into restructuring it.
