Lots of working on new and exciting tech. Work with good people. Don't get bogged down in bureaucracy very often.
- Work-life balance can be an issue.
- Cross-team collaboration can be difficult due to a lack of spare cycles.
Be careful how much you ask of engineers.
Focus more on arranging shadows to increase the pool of interviewers. We need to keep hiring.
