- Difficult to get promoted and move up.
- Unless you consistently get top 5% reviews, your pay will quickly become peanuts.
- Typical clueless obsession with AI from upper management.
It hasn't been day 1 for a long, long time. AI is not going to save you. Offshoring won't go any better today than it did in the 90s.
