Culture is team dependent. I've worked on healthy and happy teams too.
Found it difficult to grow.
Not necessarily because it's fast-paced, but because it's difficult to explore new technologies with aggressive timelines and the amount of work that is expected.
Culture is very team-dependent, but in general, it's a very competitive environment, which only adds to feeling the need to deliver results ASAP versus delivering quality results. Leadership still expects quality too.
